Terms of Service

By applying for the whitelist and playing on Farwater, you agree to these terms. They're simple, and they exist to keep the community a good place to be.

Who can play

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Access is whitelist-only and granted at our discretion. Applying does not guarantee access.

House rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
• No cheating, exploiting, hacked clients, or unapproved mods that give an unfair advantage.
• No griefing, stealing, or destroying other players' builds.
• Keep chat and builds appropriate for a mixed-age community.
• Follow the instructions of staff.

Whitelist & accounts

• Your access is tied to your Discord and Minecraft accounts. Don't share or transfer it.
• We may suspend or revoke access at any time if you break these terms, without notice.

Your content

Builds, messages and other content you create on our servers may be visible to other players and may be featured (for example in screenshots or on this site). Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

No warranty

Farwater is a free, community-run service provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime, and we're not responsible for lost items, builds, or world data. We may reset worlds between seasons.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord server.
